We as human beings consist of a physical (dense) and a subtle (energetic) body.
The physical body includes everything we can see and touch - skin, hair, bones, and organs - everything that manifests as matter.
The subtle body, also called the energy field or aura, contains our emotions, memories, childhood imprints, relationship dynamics, health themes, as well as karmic and ancestral influences.
In modern energy work, a practitioner reads this energy field - a process called energy reading. This allows them to detect the areas from which a challenging issue originates. It makes it possible to identify the root cause on an energetic level and gently support its transformation.
Modern energy work addresses the source of the issue where it first originated: in the subtle energetic field.
It is essential to understand:
The physical body translates the information from the energy field into symptoms or experiences in our daily life. Everything that manifests outwardly as pain, symptoms, or life challenges often reflects unresolved energy patterns within the field.
None of this happens against us. Instead, we can understand these symptoms as gentle messages from our subconscious. They invite us to pause, reflect, and take loving action.
As the saying goes: “It doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you.”
Our consciousness is divided into approximately 5–10% conscious awareness and 90–95% subconscious mind.
The conscious mind includes everything we perceive through our five senses: hearing, seeing, feeling, tasting, and smelling.
The much larger part - the subconscious - stores our experiences, patterns, and inner programs. It strongly influences how we feel, think, interpret situations, and react to them.
A simple metaphor:
If we were a computer, the 5% of our conscious mind would be like what we see on the screen - the current open files.
Inside the computer, however, lies a vast storage system where the other 95% of data is saved - the subconscious programs. Even though we cannot directly see this data on the screen, we know it is there. Our thoughts, feelings, and actions are guided by these inner programs: beliefs, values, unconscious patterns, unprocessed experiences, and emotional wounds.
When a recurring life challenge arises, it points us to an opportunity for inner growth. Sustainable change happens when we access and work with the internal programming in the energy field (through energy reading), identifying exactly where the issue originates.
The outdated "program blocks" - for example, limiting beliefs - can then be gently released and reprogrammed with healthier, empowering patterns. This restores the natural flow of energy and anchors new, supportive impulses in your system.
Many other, conventional approaches work mainly on the surface. They may temporarily override the old patterns without resolving their root causes. As a result, the system may resets to its default, and we fall back into old behavioral or emotional loops.
Human beings exist in a continual energetic exchange with their environment. This exchange takes place through the spinning energy centers known as chakras. Through the chakras we take in external energies, analyze and process them, and then release our own energies back into the outer world. The centers of the main chakras are located along the spine. From there, they spin outward both to the front and to the back.
When energy flows into a chakra but is not fully integrated and passed on, an energetic congestion can occur – often referred to as a chakra blockage. Each chakra represents a fundamental human need (e.g., safety, connection, expression, love, clarity …) and supports corresponding physical, emotional, and mental functions. If these needs are not nurtured sufficiently over time, the energy flow can become stagnant. The body often draws our attention to this through signals in the areas connected to the respective chakra – such as certain organs, glands, or body regions. By restoring the natural flow of energy and lovingly addressing the underlying needs, blockages can gently dissolve, allowing our life force to circulate freely and powerfully throughout the entire system.
I have traveled the five great continents of this Earth, but the journey to myself - discovering what lies hidden in the 95% of my subconscious, who I truly am at my core, and how my past lives, my karma, my ancestral lineage, and my chosen soul purpose influence me - has been the most profound and exciting journey I have ever taken.
